We take great pride in the dishes that we serve in our luxury chalets. For us her at DM, good food is as much a part of a luxury chalet holiday as the skiing itself, and our guests don't disagree. In fact, it is very common for people to ask us for our ski chalet recipes, and for the inspirations which underlie our catering. That's why we have put together this online version of our chalet cookbook.

We have a huge repertoire of dishes to choose from, but here are some of our absolute favourites for you to try at home.
