Confirm your booking with a 25% deposit. Once you receive a confirmation email from us, you can arrange your travel plans — safe in the knowledge that your holiday booking is secure.
Once your holiday is confirmed, we'll be in touch to talk through those personal touches that make your ski holiday extra special. Items such as ski lessons, airport transfers and measurements for equipment hire, will all be organised by us — as part of our Concierge Service, at no extra cost.
The balance of your holiday is due 60 days before your arrival. Prior to this date, we will send you a reminder. For further information on payment, see our terms and conditions.

We will be in touch to organise your ski pass, allowing you to focus solely on the slopes — right from the first morning. What lift pass suits you best? Or, any other questions you may have, just ask.
Harry, or your resort manager, will arrange a phone call to make sure that you're satisfied with every aspect of your holiday. We'll talk through ski lessons, restaurant lunch bookings, and even your favourite tipple.
