  • Having previously learned the art of cooking under the tutelage of Marc Veyrat, where after 4 years of training Jean was promoted to sous-chef at Marc's "Ferme de mon Pere" in Megève.   • Head chef at Le Farcon is Julien Machet. Julien, having grown up in the region, has an affinity with the area, its people and its food. At Le Farcon, the aim is to showcase creative, luxury dishes to their audience without any air of elitism. Julien infuses traditional produce with exciting processes and presentations. Some of Julien's dishes are his Grandmother's recipes with his own personal twist added. Julien was awarded a Michelin star in 2006.
