The fine dining is a focal point of any catered holiday with Delicious Mountain, as our reviews will attest. We offer a luxury menu that is locally sourced, seasonally inspired and on-trend. In your chalet, you will be served by your own professional chef, plus a mature and experienced chalet host. Breakfast and afternoon tea are available every day. A three course evening meal is served on six nights of your stay. Before your holiday begins, a member of our catering team will offer you a menu consultation to make sure that all tastes and dietary requirements are met.

Our wine cellar

Our wines are lovingly selected to complement every dish we create. We have found that the best way to do this is to go direct to the growers and producers. Finding the very best vines for our cellar, we have visited the winegrowers in person, right there at their vineyards. Read more...

Coffee by Mr Blanchot

To ensure your cup of coffee in our chalets is always delicious and of high quality, we have partnered with 'Mr Blanchot', a local specialty coffee roaster based in Montgilbert, Savoie. Gareth, the owner, selects coffees from small independent producers who favour the quality of their products and not the quantity. Traceability is guaranteed, so is flavour.

It's why we're called Delicious Mountain. The five-course meal of the very finest quality, finished off with a hand-picked selection of choice French cheeses and with port. Everything about the evening meal has been designed to inspire. Our dinner service is offered on 6 nights of your week-long stay.

The whole stay was exceptionalWe stayed at Les Loups in February & thought the whole stay was exceptional. The level of detail which went into curating such a beautiful environment was very evident. Harry & the whole Delicious Mountain team could not have been more helpful and welcoming during our stay. The food was outstanding and this was complemented by daily wine pairings - we'd most definitely recommend Delicious Mountain if you're looking for a chalet operator who are going to go the extra mile. They even scent your pillows!!

Beautiful family chaletAs a family of 11, including 3 children and a baby, our stay was fabulous from start to finish. The chalet was perfect for a large family , being luxurious and homely at the same time. The food and wines were excellent and the staff were amazing. They all went out of their way to make sure we had a great holiday, and they catered to our large family and our diverse needs brilliantly. A particular thank you to Gael, our host, ( also babysitter) who anticipated our every need which made the week one we will always remember. It was perfect , thank you!

Beautiful chaletWe have just returned from a week at Le Petite Pia with Delicious Mountain… Nothing was too much trouble, ski hire, dropping off at the slopes (and odd bar), transfer organisation (further complicated by French strike action). Our Chef Dan was polite, unassuming and excellent. Tory was cheery, efficient and a wonderful Chalet hostess. We wanted for nothing and I would not have changed anything on the menu except for having the lamb every night , It was magnificent. It was easy to relax and we were spoilt- a great week and I would thoroughly recommend.

Great stay in Meribel - La Petite PiaGreat week with Delicious mountain. The Chalet is very comfortable and well equipped our bedroom was very specious. The hot tub was a nice touch after a hard days skiing. Staff at the Chalet were excellent, Dan the Chef takes pride in what he produces and the evening meal with great wines was always something to look forward to, certainly the best ski Chalet dining we have experienced.

This place certainly lives up to all expectationsWe were looked after from the moment we arrived by the attentive staff at La Petite Pia. Cooked/Continental breakfast was served daily with the chalet driver available to take us to first lifts soon after... We would get back from an afternoon of skiing to be greeted with afternoon tea that was laid out beautifully - usually at this point we took advantage of the state of the art outdoor hot tub. Our evenings began in the cosy living room accompanied with drinks, canapes and a roaring fire. The wine pairings were carefully selected each evening, which we were presented by the fantastic Tori and Rosie. The food was some of the best I've tasted in a chalet environment, with plenty of thought and variety going into the menu each evening. We will absolutely be booking again for next season - overall it was a top tier stay for anyone looking for a chalet holiday in Meribel. A big thank you to the whole team for looking after us so well!

One to use for an amazing stayThis chalet has everything you need to make your skiing holiday one to remember. The food and the quality of the service is of the highest level, nothing is too much trouble and we're incredible with the kids in accommodating their food needs and making their evenings enjoyable. One area which to me would help improve would be to have tv in the bedrooms and more flexibility in the transport to and from the slopes. Would recommend this company to friends and family. We are hoping to return next year for another amazing stay.

Simply StunningSpent a week with family and friends in the Petite Pia - absolutely wonderful experience. We have stayed in many chalets over the years, but this one was off the scale fabulous. With a actual chef on dedicated to the chalet, we spent the week eating the most deliciously tasty food, paired with the most lovely wines which were professionally introduced. The team running the chalet from Delicious Mountain were lovely, nothing was too much trouble, they looked after us really well. The chalet itself is very well layed out allowing for lots of space if you have a full compliment of guests.The furnishings are really quaint and give the chalet a really cosy feel, location wise it is also ideal - 10 mins walk into Meribel Centre and if you don't want to walk, a driver is on hand to transport you......Whole stay was faultless! Highly recommend.

First class Christmas & New Year at Chalet caroMy family and I owe much of the success of our trip to Meribel this past Christmas to the outstanding team at Delicious Mountain. They could not have been more accommodating. In the lead-up, Di was most efficient (and patient) in ensuring we were able to book / organise everything. Upon arrival, we learned Air France (minus 5 stars) had managed to lose our bags on the way over, which was as frustrating as it was inept; but into the breach stepped Harry and his band of heros, doing all they could to lessen the impact. Most notably, the ever cheerful Rosie spent hours on the phone trying to speak to someone (anyone!) on Air France's recalcitrant service team. No dice, but top marks to Rosie for her efforts. Absolutely recommend booking Celyn as your designated driver, if you can. Not sure how he manages it, but he's always "just 5 minutes away". He's a very nice chap too. Perhaps don't book this chalet if you're trying to lose weight. The always-affable Dan was a total maestro in the kitchen, delivering round after round of spectacular fare. And just when our belts were at bursting, he was substituted by head-honcho Harry, who was equally as capable behind the hob. Caesar salad croquetas? No biggee. All-in-all, you could not ask for a more professional, kind and attentive crew. Great with the kids. And the grandparents. Highly recommend!

Delicious Mountain deliver yet another top class chalet holidayHarry and the Delicious Mountain team delivered top class service and delicious food in yet another high end chalet! From the driver to the chalet hosts nothing was too much trouble. The hot tub was an added bonus that was very welcome at the end of the day. Highly recommend this customer service orientated company.

Very, very nice indeedWe, myself and my 17 year old daughter and 18 year old son had a great time at the chalet la petite pia. The staff are just lovely people and the chalet is probably the best I've stayed in, very comfortable plenty of space in and out of the rooms, some of the rooms are just massive i mean like massive! location is very good and seems a little away at first but actually is well placed, everyone was happy to help assist and advise, the food was excellent and satisfying along with more than you can drink so little need to go out. Proper coffee machines like starbucks, the beds & bedding were very comfortable along with clean and spacious bathrooms, hot tub was top class once you worked it out, so id give it over all 9/10. also they were very on the ball dropping you off in the morning and picking you up if you want to start from a different location. so Thanks to Harry and the team will see you soon.

Amazing everything!We finally managed to make it to the chalet this year after being postponed due to covid. Harry was very accommodating in making sure we could move our dates to make it work for us! The chalet was so lovely, warm, homely and Harry and the team made sure we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The food by Dylan was divine, and perfectly portioned (not too small but not too big!) and was incredibly delicious. One of the best things about the service was the small touches - such as when Garants would make the bed after we came up for breakfast and made sure we had water by our bed at night. These little things made all the difference! Overall, we all had a superb time at the chalet. Harry made sure we had our tests ready to fly back, bought the ski fitting to the chalet, and delivered our lift passes to us at breakfast! He made everything so easy. I hope we come again next year!

A really big thank youWe arrived last Saturday the day before France closed all the ski slopes and ordered a total lock down of all non essential businesses. The team at DM looked after us really well. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic time even though we were not allowed to ski. We really enjoyed our 2 days there (should have been 7 days). The food and wines were excellent - special thanks to Sam & Jordan. My wife thought the lemon tart was to die for !! Also a very big thank you to Louise for helping us get back to Geneva and London. Having now tasted the delights of Delicious Mountain we can't wait to return for a full week next year. Many thanks from us all.

Another outstanding stay with Delicious MountianIf you are coming from the USA with an Epic ski pass to Trois Vallees, you MUST stay at Delicious Mountain! This is our third trip to Meribel and third stay with the team at Delicious Mountain. We keep coming back for the incredible hospitality of the team, beautiful chalets, great company from folks from around the world, and the exceptionally delicious meals. If you haven't experienced a catered chalet, you must go to Delicious Mountain!! (While we haven't stayed anywhere else, we hear that Delicious Mountain is far and above other Chalets.) You won't find anything like it in the USA! Using our Epic (Vail Resorts) Pass was super easy. We were able to get 7 days! of skiing in the Trois Vallees included on our pass. Skiing in the Trois Vallees is an amazing experience - sunny skies, endless trails, fast lifts. But, there is so much more to do in Meribel! Snowshoeing, restaurants, window shopping, cross country skiing... its a beautiful spot for some R&R. Thanks to the DM team for another wonderful holiday!

Truly DeliciousJust returned after spending a great week with family and friends at the Delicious Mountain Chalet Belmont. The thing that really sets this chalet apart from others that we have stayed at are the staff who really go that extra mile to make sure their guests want for nothing. Sam's cooking was inventive and very tasty, Ashley was always on hand to drop us off and pick us up (when she was not showing the boys the best places to snowboard), Harry was the perfect host and Stu and Lou made sure everything ran like clockwork. As a family we really appreciated everything that the staff did for us. Always smiling, chatty and extremely attentive. Highly recommended. Truly five star!

Deserves 6 starsThis really is the best catered chalet we've stayed in, the hospitality was warm, friendly and attentive especially as Brad had a bad skiing accident day one! The food was truly delicious and not too much or too little. Every attention to detail was paid with lots of lovely touches with snacks for the slopes and a beer cooler by the hot tub!- fantastic holiday Delicious Mountain we will be back!

Pleasure was all oursWe are more returners, last time Chalet La Chouette, it has been superb and a pleasure. The food is delicious, thoughtful and brings all guests together, resulting in laughter, fun, shared experiences and the feeling of being well looked after. Getting on to the slopes couldn't be easier, lift passes and well selected ski organised on arrival, drop off and pick-up is superbly organised, fun and friendly again well looked after with friendly checks to ensure everything needed. Ease and professionalism jumps out in everything - where their profession is for all to feel spoiled, well catered for and to thoroughly enjoy themselves! Many thanks Everybody.

Yet again another great stayYet again Delicious Mountain pulls out all the stops for a fantastic trip Sam and Harry make a great partnership in preparing the meals to servicing my needs. "More wine Harry" is probably the line of the trip, couldn't fault the food and a great touch are the daily choices for breakfast. Also thanks to Ash who greets everyone with a massive smile and beam of positivity every morning. Great facilities including a outdoor jacuzzi with great views a steam room and an excellent cinema room. Stu/Lou I'm looking forward to returning great times.

Delicious indeed, and lives up to the promiseThe service is spot on - the informal style you'd expect in a chalet with nothing seeming too much effort. Lots of little touches like snack packs, sunscreen, tissues, maps etc available, and a genuine desire to give everyone the best experience possible was definitely evident. If you call yourself Delicious Mountain you have to deliver on the food, and they definitely did. There was a large spread of cereals, pastries, fruit, yoghurts etc every morning with a different hot option each day, even on the host day off. The cakes for afternoon tea were superb and came with a savoury option too. The meals themselves began with canapes, and each night had a different paired wine which was a nice tough, although you could drink something else if you desired. We were always pretty full, but still managed to fit in the cheese at the end. Wine and beer were always available to help yourself as well as various other drinks like port, prosecco and the like. This is certainly the best we have eaten on a skiing holiday, which was exactly what we wanted!! A top experience that deserves the praise.

Off the charts goodThis was a last minute booking but what a find. Amazing lovely staff - your team are just so nice happy and welcoming it became home from home (actually much better than home!). There were lots of extra treats like nibbles for the mountain, sun cream, lovely apres ski teas and homemade cakes. A lovely array of wines and drinks on tap both in the chalet and at the great hot tub with an esky full of drinks Wine and food so much better than the average gap year chalet fayre and the accommodation is 5 star and make no mistake Delicious Mountain are top of a very compete game and know how to maintain happy staff, superb food and great accommodation. Nothing was too much of a problem and they also ordered snow when we wanted it so it doesn't get any better than that ....we will be back ( if allowed!)

Amazing food, excellent service, has to be the bestWhere to start, I think its all in the name the food here is absolutely excellent restaurant quality every night with the little personal touches which made the stay that much more. Great wines every evening which a selection of red and white to compliment each meal and then a cheese platter for those who are still hungry. Daily breakfast specials which on some days rival the evening meal. The value and service is that good, free transportation in the morning and evenings although the location is close enough to walk if your back very late. Very comfy bed and modern en suite, great outdoor Jacuzzi with sauna for after a hard day on slopes. Would I go back? Probably the easiest yes ever.

Still fantasticThis was our fifth trip with Delicious Mountain and second in Chalet Belmont. We keep coming back because it is all so amazing. The food is superb and we really appreciated the addition of a savoury choice along side the cakes when we returned from skiing in the afternoon. The evening menu is fabulous, but it's never too much trouble for them to change an item you don't like. This year's wine pairings were particularly good, obviously those extra vinyard trips in the summer paid off! The chalet itself is comfortable, spacious and the large boot room is a convenient place to get into ski gear before being taken to the local lift of your choice. What makes DM though is the service - do you want to have a therapist visit for a post ski sports massage? It can be arranged. Do your skis need a service? DM will arrange for someone to come fetch, service and return your skis in no time. Someone having a special birthday and wanting a Unicorn Cake? Nothing is too much trouble for these guys and they deserve the rave reviews year after year.

Best chalet we've stayed inThe team working in our chalet (George, Elsa, Ashley, Lou and Stu) were absolutely charming and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely food (and a choice of sweet and savoury teatime treats which was a great touch) and carefully chosen wine. A very free and easy attitude and Elsa and George coped really well with two of us being pescetarians. Lovely breakfasts with a daily special (like eggs Benedict and kedgeree) which they even offered on our last morning where other chalets would send you off with a wave and some pastries! The chalet was spacious so we could get away from each other if we wanted! However we all got on really well, helped no doubt by the pleasant and caring atmosphere. One thing I particularly liked was the generous storage space for clothes - a proper wardrobe and plenty of drawers, unlike the usual dark little cubby hole provided by nost chalets. Really enjoyable- highly recommended.

Stunning - as always!Back for our third visit to Chalet Belmont and Delicious Mountain... and they continue to live up to their high standards. Nothing is too much bother - you only need to ask and your requests are granted. The food continues to be of an amazingly high standard, with perfectly matched wines. The addition of small touches such as the individual breakfast yoghurts, oats or fruit mixes were perfect. And the breakfast specials are brilliant!

Absolute luxuryHad the most amazing week staying at Delicious Mountain's Chalet Belmont. George, Elsa, Ash, Lou and Stu were so friendly and welcoming, we had so many laughs over the week. The food was absolutely incredible, with each wine paired to every meal - first class. The quality of the accommodation was 5 star, beds were so comfy making it hard to get up every morning but the smell of the breakfast specials had us running down the stairs. We lived in the jacuzzi (the views across the valley) and steam room every evening. I could go on and on, really couldn't have had a better week. Looking forward to our return trip already

A-MAZE-INGI visited DM's sister chalet last year and had one of the best ski holidays I could ever imagine... in truth I didn't expect it to be trumped this year, which it somehow was. The main factor that makes DM stand out from the rest is their very careful attention to detail. Literally everything is thought out and planned so the guests can get the most of their holiday. The food was absolutely fantastic, special shout out to the wine pairings.... you normally expect a couple of good wines and majority average wines, not the case here, I think ALL the wines were absolutely top drawer. The quality of accomodation is second to none, hammam steam room, hot tub on the balcony (complete with cool box..!), power showers, l'occitane products in the bathrooms just to name a few. The hosting was fantastic, George and Elsa knew how to make us feel very welcome, help us whener we needed it and be quietly in the background when that was required. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough and I'm already thinking about another cheeky trip this year...

Good heavens...Not one for leaving reviews in general but this place was stunning. Everything we had expected it to be and more. Cosy and beautiful, fantastic service, food and a lovely team helping to make everything run like clockwork. The views from the chalet were wonderful and the room we stayed in was really special. All this without it feeling at all pretentious. We have never felt so spoilt. Highly, highly recommended.

Absolute luxuryI have stayed with other standard chalets companies in Meribel over the years, and thought I'd treat myself to Delicious Mountain this year. The service I received during my stay was absolutely exceptional! The staff were outstanding, incredibly friendly and would go out of their way to ensure your stay was perfect. The breakfast, canapés and dinners were just fantastic, to the point I watched what I was eating in the day to ensure I could enjoy the food back at the chalet! The views from the chalet and hottub were incredible, just adding to a first class chalet! I will absolutely be coming back, a 5 star stay! Massive thanks to the team for a tremendous holiday!

Fabulous stay!We were welcomed by a warm fire, a glass of champagne, the other guests who had already arrived, and of course the wonderful Harry alongside his awesome team. This set the tone for the full week! Each morning started with a wonderful breakfast spread, continental and cooked on request. Freshly baked bread and pastries every morning. After each day of skiing (or apres skiing!!) we were welcomed back to the chalet with afternoon tea comprising of a savoury and a sweet option with a lovely cup of tea or coffee. At around 7pm each evening we were served canapés which were delicious, some of our favourites were the sweetcorn waffle and the mini bloody marys! After the canapés, we were served a three course dinner with wine that was perfectly paired with the food each night. The food was always delicious, we couldn't pick a favourite meal but the duck was AWESOME as was the roast beef on the Sunday evening! We often talk about how delicious it was a cannot wait to come again this year to experience it all again. Overall the food and wine was fantastic, we couldn't have asked for more. We were also really impressed with the accommodation. The L'Occitane products that were in the bathroom were a little luxurious surprise and smelt beautiful! Overall, we had an amazing holiday. Everything and more had been thought about from the food and wine to being offered lifts into town and back. We were impressed with everything and we can't wait to come and stay again very soon! Wonderful hostsThe welcome is relaxed and sincere, the food was brilliant, a fabulous meal every night with paired wines or beers, and alternatives were prepared for special dietary requirements. Best property in MeribelThis was our second year in a row staying with Delicious Mountain and it never disappoints. The food is outstanding, the ambience great, and hospitality is next level. Even when we stayed Saturday to ski the staff still picked us up on the mountain to get us back to the house to get our shuttle back to Geneva. They answered all of our questions, and helped make this the most homey experience possible. All the details are attended to and everyone always wants to come back!

Wonderful holidayThe chalet is spacious, set over four floors and has comfortable clean accommodation. The hot tub has a fantastic setting with mountain view, the sauna was great and the kids used the cinema room regularly. However, what sets it apart is the wonderful food and excellent customer service from the team. Every evening was a culinary delight prepared by Dylan and served by Harry our host. Backed by the superb Ash, Lou and Stu, who ferried us back and forth to the slopes by minivan. Our party of 15, 6 adults and 9 kids had a really wonderful holiday. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you Harry and all the team.

If you want luxury, this is the best in the 3VSuperb catered chalet with stylish accommodation and excellent hosts. Nothing is too much trouble, nothing is forgotten and your every need is met. From excellent food and wine, to lifts to and from the slopes, great apres ski sauna and hot tub, combined with a good location and tremendous hosts, this chalet is everything that you need. Others have said it, but its worth repeating - Delicious mountain is simply the best.

A little oasis of joy and stunning staff and serviceWe came on a last minute lucky dip brexit day deal with another couple. How lucky were we! Arrived to find a friendly group of other guests who were good fun. Lou,Stu and the team were off the charts good and made it feel like a luxury house party. The food was stunning, the wines delicious and the cakes and little extras we were given throughout our stay were such nice generous touches. We loved the chalet which was in such good condition, so clean and tidy. The hot tub with stunning views in blue sky after a day on the slopes with a cold beer. As Arnie would say "we will be back!" Thank you Lou and Stu and your lovely staff.

A wonderfully relaxing stay in the beautiful Chalet La ChouetteWe have just finished an amazing week long stay at Chalet La Chouette with Delicious Mountain. The holiday far exceeded our expectations. The team looked after us superbly from start to end of the stay and allowed us (family of 4 including a six year old and a 3 year old) to properly relax and have a brilliant skiing holiday in Meribel. Both our children are Coeliac (which means no gluten even in minuscule quantities) but the whole team were brilliant in making sure that not only was all of their food gluten free but that everything possible was done to minimise the risk of cross contamination with all other food in the chalet. The chalet hosts went out of their way to make sure that all of our needs were taken care of, and the chalet itself is very well laid out and with brilliant facilities. (including a great hot tub, sauna, and large screen TV room, which the kids loved. I can't recommend the chalet or the company highly enough and strongly advise anyone thinking of a chalet holiday in Meribel to go here.

Half Term HeavenOur large family group spent an amazing week at Chalet la Chouette during Feb half term and were royally looked after by Lou and Stu and their team. The chalet occupies an amazing position overlooking the Meribel valley, a panorama best enjoyed from the hot tub each evening, before showering and enjoying GnTs and canapes by the fire at 7.15pm - happy memories. The quality of the catering was first class and the happy, fun, relaxed people that looked after the various needs of the 10 adults and 5 children really added to everyone's enjoyment - especial thanks to Ollie and Ciara who were truly amazing! Deservedly the best chalet in Meribel and hard to imagine how we could have been better looked after. Thank you.

Consistently superbMy fifth trip to Chalet La Chouette and Delicious Mountain and once again the best. The location is good - an easy ride (provided by the team) into Meribel and the heart of the Three Valleys ski area, and you can either ski back to the chalet (last few hundred meters off piste but not hard) or just phone the team and they will pick you up from anywhere accessible in the Meribel Valley. The accommodation is faultless, comfortable and stylish. But what really makes the place stand out is the attitude and ability of the Chalet hosts, led by Stu and Lou. Nothing is too much trouble, everything provided, from the excellent food and drink to the little things, like the packages of sweets, tissues and sunscreen by the door so that you can pick them up on your way to a days excellent skiing. I can't see any reason for looking elsewhere, and hope to return next year.

If Carlsberg made ski chalets...This was my second time at Chalet la Chouette and it was every bit as good. This is a beautiful place with truly exceptional service. Nothing is too much trouble; every small detail has been taken care of. The staff are gorgeous, as was the food and the view from the hot tub. I would come back every year. Perhaps I shall.

Look No FurtherDelicious Mountain are what it's all about. A great chalet, beautiful food but most of all the warmest and generous chalet hosts you can find. Lou and Stu run a tight ship and provide an experience we will never forget. Ciara, Ollie and Ash only added to the feeling of welcome we felt from the moment we walked through the door. Delicious by name, deliciously outstanding by natureThe most awesome, fabulous, stunning chalet skiing holiday ever. And that's official. From the welcome at the door on Day 1 to the farewell at the tearful (for us) end with so many treats, surprises, dinners and breakfasts with copious gallons (for us lushes at least!) of wine and spirits thrown in. The hosts were all outstanding, fun, cheery, helpful and a delight to be around. The chalet is stunning as are the surroundings. Thank you Lou and Stu, Ciara, Ollie and Ash and the rest of the Delicious team for making it the best skiing holiday ever. Can we come back next week?

Favourite PlaceOur 3rd Time with Delicious Mountain but 1st time in Chalet La Chouette as previously been in Belmont next door. Just like Belmont, this chalet and the experience did not disappoint. Méribel and Delicious Mountain has definitely become our favourite place to ski and to stay. The luxury chalet is spacious with beautiful views. The staff from the minute you arrive are welcoming and helpful. Nothing is to much trouble. Cooked breakfast everyday including chalet day off, delicious afternoon cakes and savoury snacks plus canapés, 3 course meal followed by cheeseboard and all done to a high standard!! Wide selection of drinks including beer, wine & spirits are made available all day unlike most chalets where they only reserved for dinner. Snacks and sun cream available for guests for the day in the slopes. Daily minibus shuttle service is given by the DM team to take you to and from the slopes/ Apres and will collect you from various points within the valley including the Ronnie :-) Town is not far away and easy to walk, bus or DM minibus. The hot tub with great views and cool box full of drinks is the best way to finish off the tough day whilst waiting for dinner. Thank you again and look forward to returning.

Great team and amazing foodWe are a big group of keen skiers, returning every January. The chalet is top notch with amazing views and facilities. Food (table d'hote, with special diets catered for) is indeed delicious, especially the canapés.The team is friendly and flexible, helping cheerfully with everything to get you on the mountain quickly: a van, ski passes, the right equipment and even stashes of chocolate raisins for your pockets.

Fabulous Chalet and StaffBook it, you won't be disappointed. My wife and I stayed in room 1, the bed was large and comfortable, it had a separate bath and shower. This is the master bedroom taking up the whole width of the chalet on the top floor. The views were amazing. The lounge and dining area are spacious and the food and wine top class. The best thing about this chalet holiday was the people. Lou, Stu, Ollie, Ciara and Ashley were amazing. All you could wish for chalet hosts, happy, helpful and great fun.

Great Chalet, but even greater staffJust returned from Chalet La Chouette in Meribel with a group of 14 friends from Hull. The Chalet is all you could want and more, Great location, fantastic views across the valley to the pistes, The food was great but the best thing about Chalet La Chouette is definitely the staff. Our Chalet hosts Ciara and Olly were great, always going the extra mile to ensure we as a group were all happy. Nothing was too much trouble, our constantly asking for more ice for the gin and tonics and then more gin was always met with a friendly smile and great service. Ciara and Olly are brilliant cooks we as a group were very impressed with the food and wine selection, of which there was always more if required. Before he left for the evening Olly would always help us plan our next days skiing, and offer good practical advice on where to ski to find the best conditions, a true gent. The view from the hot tub is amazing, with a cooler containing Beers and wine to help you relax,.and unwind after a day on Meribel's extensive pistes. Lou and Stu who run Delicious mountain are determind to ensure you have the best skiing experience ever and will do everything in their power to keep you happy.

Magical place, beautiful people!Chalet La Chouette is an amazing place to stay. The chalet is just the right level of comfort. High end with all the amenities you could want. Great on suite rooms, a games room, sauna, outdoor hot-tub, awesome! Then comes Lou and and Stu who run the place are the most helpful, friendly and fun people and the chalet hosts Ciara, Ollie and Ashley were fantastic people to share the chalet experience with. The food is as good as you can get... anything you want for breakfast, they have savoury and sweet afternoon snacks when you get back and the 3 course dinners are superb! I couldn't imagine a better chalet experience than this. Thanks again, see you all soon.

Excellent ChristmasThanks to Stu, Lou, Ollie, Ciara and Ashley for making this a wonderful Christmas holiday for our family. It was our first Christmas in the Alps and nothing we requested was too much trouble. Accommodation was very comfortable, living areas very chilled and relaxed with lovely views, hot tub enjoyed hugely and food excellent. Ollie and Ciara are excellent hosts and anyone staying for the rest of the season are lucky to have them. Stu and Lou's attention to detail is exceptional and Delicious mountain is the result of their hard work. The skiing across the three valleys is immense so plenty for all. Thank you for looking after us all so well, especially the matriarch of the family! Have a great season and hopefully we will be back soon.

Amazing (again!)!We keep choosing Delicious Mountain for our ski holidays because their chalets are wonderful, the food is totally delicious and the service is exceptional. Every year, we come away even more impressed that the last. Lou, Stu and team keep making improvements to the whole experience. This year we loved, among other things: the rearranged dining room; the addition of a plate warmer for the breakfast buffet; the greater range of on-mountain snacks (with more eco-friendly bags!) and the new mugs. We were also very impressed by the way they made our group's two toddlers so welcome and provided bedding, highchairs and food for them. We recommend Delicious Mountain very highly and would like to thank the whole team for an absolutely brilliant ski holiday!

Fantastic Hosts!Straight from the initial comms there was nothing that was too much trouble for Lou, Stu or any of the DM Team. Always very accommodating from dietary requirements to daily transportation direct to the slopes or anywhere into Méribel. The room (room 6) was spacious enough and clean offering a lovely view of the mountains from the balcony. The breakfast, cakes and dinner all freshly made to a high standard with an array of drinks to consume in front of the log fire throughout the evening. The team are very hospitable and on occasions join in with the guests after dinner to make you all feel totally at home. If that isn't enough to stimulate you then there is a cinema room where you can cast your devices to the screen, there are board games, plenty of books to read and lastly a sauna and outdoor hot tub to soak those tired limbs from the vast Three Valleys pistes! Improvement feedback was requested but we really struggled. It is quite obvious why so many guests return every year... we have already priced 2019! Thank you for a great week!!!

There's a reason this place only has 5* reviews...I've been lucky enough to have stayed in several catered chalets over several seasons. This is by far and away the best. There's a common theme running through most of these reviews: nothing is too much hassle for these hosts, they do their absolute best to ensure that everybody in the chalet has the best possible time. One example of this --> we got a bit lost (blame the apres ski) on our last night getting back to the chalet. Rowena stayed behind well after her shift finished to ensure that we ALL got home safely, she could have quite easily just gone home but this "can do" attitude sums up what Delicious Mountain is all about. Massive shout out to Jordan, Katie, Rowena, and of course Stu and Lou. The food was excellent, the hosting world class, the organisation and preparation faultless. Make no mistake, the Delicious Mountain team work really, really hard to ensure that every little detail is covered. Even down to mountain snacks and sun cream in the ski room, robes and slippers in the bedrooms, stunning food and cheese every night, thoughtfully chosen drinks and menu and everything you could wish to drink in the evenings. Needless to say the sauna and hot tub also make you feel like a king. This place is EXCELLENT value for money and I'm already thinking about plans for another trip next year, it really was that good. You won't find a better location and bunch of guys to book your holiday with.

Perfect in every wayMy wife and I booked this amazing chalet for our honeymoon. Both of us have done many trips to the snow in the past but we wanted something a little more special this season. We were not disappointed!! Our trip was perfect in every way. Lou picked us up at the bus station and drove us to the Chalet where Jordan and Katie welcomed us with a glass of wine and our evening meal. It was more than perfect after our very long and delayed trip. Jordan, Katie and Rowena were perfect hosts throughout the entire trip. Nothing was too much hassle for them, from advice on where to head up the mountain to the delicious cakes, canapes, and meals they prepared for us. We even managed to hit a few laps of the park with them and by the end of the week, they felt more like friends than our hosts. The chalet is not ski-in, ski-out but with Stuart and co. on hand to take us to the lifts in the morning and pick us up at the end of the day, it made it so easy.

Amazing chalet, amazing company, amazing resort!!!I stayed here in early February 2018 and I couldn't have asked for a better week in the 3 Valleys. Delicious Mountain are a truly great company and understand the meaning of providing a quality and professional service - everything from the chalet, the food, the people, the service and the area knowledge was first class - nothing is too much trouble for Delicious Mountain. The chalet is beautiful - comfortable and spacious with great facilities and a view that is second to none. The service Lou, Stu and their fabulous team provide is superb (and their culinary skills put mine to shame) - I will certainly be returning to stay with them again and would 100% recommend this company - you will not be disappointed!

Truly 'Delicious' Experience!Fantastic food, amazing staff and a beautiful chalet made this a snow holiday to remember. Nothing is too much bother for the friendly staff and their attention to detail is second to none! The hot tub and sauna after a day on the slopes was heavenly. I am sure my improving snowboarding skills was aided by the atmosphere generated by this chalet experience. Truly the number one place to stay in Meribel, thank you Lou & Stu.

Boring, Mad or just Impressed?I have attended five off piste medical courses at La Chouette in five years. I have also visited with my family at least four times. With nine visits some may say I am boring but it is not a lack of visits to other resorts and chalets that make me return but simply the amazing service, food, facilities and welcome from Lou, Stu and the whole Delicious Mountain team. Returning in April!

TitleWe stayed as a party of 14 friends in Chalet La Chouette. Jordan and Kate and the rest of the Delicious Mountain team looked after us superbly. The food was to a very high standard, you couldn't fault it. Lou and Stu and all of the team will go out of their way to make your holiday as enjoyable as it could be. The accommodation and the facilities were excellent. I would highly recommend the chalet to anyone.
