Almond Heart Biscuits

Almond Heart Biscuits

A great idea for half-term guests, there will be a lot of love in the room when you serve these almond heart biscuits on Valentine's day. But they're definitely good enough to be a mainstay all season long. Great with white or pink icing, they also work well with a drizzle of chocolate on top (be warned though: they need to be eaten the same day if you do that or they will go soggy). Obviously, they don't have to be hearts either. The biscuits keep well in a biscuit tin.
